  • We know how exciting it is to get a new appliance. That's why we want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your order. All appliances and products on Maytag® Outlet come with a 30-day return policy.

    Here are a few things to note, should you need to return your order:
    • All items are returnable 30 days from the date of delivery
    • Items cannot be returned if unboxed and installed
    - Return shipping is on us if your purchase arrives damaged
    • No returns are available for items beyond the 30 days

    Please be sure to inspect your purchase upon delivery. If any damage occurred during shipping, let your delivery expert know before he or she leaves. He or she will be happy to assist in returning your purchase for a new product.

    Certified Delivery Team
    Courteous, professional and helpful, you can expect your delivery specialists to offer clear communication and quality delivery assurance. Your delivery specialists will kindly explain all delivery details, reviewing and confirming your purchase with you.

    Date & Time Assurance
    At least three business days before your selected delivery date, you'll receive a confirmation phone call and discuss some basics about your delivery. To aid in a smooth delivery, you'll be asked such questions as "can I get the truck down your street?" and "are you on the second floor?"

    Next, on the evening before your scheduled delivery, you'll receive a courtesy call that will include scheduled appointment information and a delivery time range in which you can expect your order.

    Finally, on the day of delivery, you'll receive a call from your delivery specialist within 30 minutes of arriving at your home to confirm expected arrival time.

  • Make connecting your new appliance easy with our professional installation services. Simply add the installation option to your order at checkout, if available. Professional installation includes:

    Perfect Floor Protection
    All professional installation experts wear protective shoe covers inside your home to prevent dirt from tracking in from outside. In addition, rubber floor padding and scuff shields are used as needed to protect floors from dolly wheels and for sliding the appliance into place without scratching your floors. Our goal is to leave your home clean during the complete installation process.

    Multi-Point Inspection
    Your professional installer will perform an extensive multi-point inspection of the installation path, connections and the appliance itself. They will also test that the unit is working properly after installation. If, for any reason, your technician discovers any damage caused by delivery of the unit, you'll have the option to either keep it or arrange for an exchange.

    1-Year Warranty on Installation
    Enjoy peace-of-mind that your appliance is professionally installed. Our installation partners stand by their services and guarantee their work for one year after the date of installation.

    Please note:
    Unfortunately, due to local regulations, not all products on Maytag® Outlet are eligible for professional installations such as dishwashers, gas ranges, and built-in appliances. Professional installation is only available for purchase on items where it is listed at checkout.
